Standard Business Terms & Conditions
Creativity Works Associates Ltd (trading as AiDoubles™)
Casting & AI-Enabled Talent Services
1. Introduction & Scope
These Standard Business Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of casting, talent sourcing, and related services by Creativity Works Associates Ltd, trading as AiDoubles (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to all proposals, bookings, engagements, services, and invoices issued by us, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Where services involve AI-generated content, synthetic media, or the use of an individual’s likeness, such activity is governed by our Responsible AI Usage Terms, which apply alongside and in conjunction with these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide casting and talent-related services, which may include (but are not limited to):
Talent search and sourcing
Shortlisting and presentation of suitable candidates
Coordination and communication with selected individuals
Casting consultancy and project support
We act as an intermediary between clients and talent. Final selection decisions, approvals, and usage of content remain the responsibility of the client, subject to agreed campaign parameters and applicable contractual terms.
3. Talent Availability & Substitutions
All talent participation is subject to individual availability, consent, and agreement to applicable terms. While we take reasonable steps to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the casting process, individuals may withdraw prior to final contract execution.
In the event of a withdrawal, we will use reasonable efforts to propose a suitable alternative candidate, where feasible. We do not accept liability for decisions made by talent to withdraw, provided reasonable care has been taken in the casting process.
4. Responsible AI & Likeness Usage
Where services involve AI-generated imagery, video, or synthetic representations of an individual, such activity is governed by our Responsible AI Usage Terms.
Those terms are intended to provide transparency, ethical safeguards, and clear limitations around the use of likeness and apply in addition to these Standard Business Terms.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for services will be agreed in advance or confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated:
Invoices are payable NET 30 days from the invoice date
Payments must be made in full, without deduction, by the due date
We reserve the right to suspend or delay services where payment is overdue.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Project Scope
If a project is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the client, the client remains responsible for fees and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation or change.
Any additional services or changes to scope may result in revised fees, which will be communicated and agreed in advance wherever reasonably possible.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public, commercially sensitive, or proprietary information disclosed in connection with the services.
Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may apply where required and will take precedence in the event of any conflict.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:
final talent selection
campaign approval or launch
commercial performance or audience response
Casting outcomes and campaign success are subject to third-party decisions and factors beyond our control.
9. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant services
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry practices.
The current version published on the AiDoubles website will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
