Responsible Ai Usage Terms

Creativity Works Associates Ltd (trading as AiDoubles™)

Welcome to Creativity Works Associates Ltd (“Creativity Works”, “we”, “us”).
These Responsible AI Usage Terms apply to all client-commissioned projects in which talent is supplied by Creativity Works and AI-generated or AI-assisted likenesses are used.

1. Permitted Usage Scope

Talent likenesses may be used only within the scope expressly agreed for each booking, as identified by the relevant project name or ID, including:

• campaign or project purpose

• distribution territories

• distribution channels

• licence term (duration)

• approved media outputs

Any use outside the agreed scope requires prior written approval from Creativity Works and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Content & Portrayal Restrictions

Use of talent likenesses (including any AI-generated or AI-assisted representations) shall be strictly limited to the approved storyboard, scene description, and role context agreed for the relevant booking.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Talent likenesses shall only be depicted performing the actions and appearing in the scenes expressly approved for the campaign.

• AI-generated characters shall not be placed into additional scenes, narratives, or contexts beyond those agreed.

• There shall be no creation or use of AI-generated content involving talent likenesses that is:

  • explicit

  • intimate

  • sexualised

  • revealing

  • nude or partially nude

  • pornographic

  • defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate

Talent likenesses shall not be portrayed in any manner that would reasonably be considered demeaning, exploitative, or inconsistent with the professional nature of the agreed campaign.

This restriction applies irrespective of any broader technical capabilities of the AI tools used.

3. Definition of “Cutdowns” and “Variations”

For the avoidance of doubt:

“Cutdowns” or “variations” means edits, excerpts, reformats (including aspect ratio changes or localisation), and adaptations derived solely from the originally approved AI-generated outputs created for a campaign.

This does not include:

• the creation of new AI-generated performances

• new scenes or behaviours

• newly generated likeness renderings beyond the approved outputs

This definition applies notwithstanding any broader wording contained in third-party artist releases, production documentation, or similar materials.

4. AI Generation & Training Restrictions

• AI tools may be used solely to generate the approved campaign outputs.

• Talent input data (including stills, footage, or voice) may not be used to create unrelated content or future productions.

• Where practicable, AI tools and suppliers shall be configured or contractually restricted so that talent input data is not used beyond the scope of the relevant booking.
  

5. No Creation of New Outputs Post-Campaign

Following completion of a campaign or expiry of the agreed licence term:

• no new AI outputs incorporating supplied talent likenesses may be generated

• continued use requires a formal renewal or extension agreement
  

6. Relationship to Third-Party Artist Releases

Where a client or production company requires talent to sign a third-party artist release (including Digital Replica or Digital Alteration releases):

• such releases are intended to facilitate production within the scope of the relevant booking

• talent consent for AI usage is limited to the campaign, term, territories, channels, and outputs agreed for that booking

• in the event of inconsistency, these Responsible AI Usage Terms shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law

For the avoidance of doubt, third-party artist releases do not expand the scope of AI usage beyond what is expressly permitted herein.

7. Talent Supply Condition

Talent is supplied on the basis that:

• client usage complies with the above scope and limitations

• no material expansion of AI usage is assumed without express agreement

Creativity Works will not knowingly authorise usage that materially conflicts with the permissions granted by talent.

8. Acceptance

Proceeding with production, issuing or maintaining a purchase order, or confirming a booking by return email constitutes acceptance of these Responsible AI Usage Terms.
